Support... Incase of any issues, Support team is helpful during working hours.. Non working hours, you wouldn’t be able to do anything. Raise a ticket and wait for their help.

I took one of the chargers in emergency and I was trying to charge my phone. First off the powerbank I got wasn’t charging my phone because the wire was really loose. This problem doesn’t happen in my normal phone. Then when i was trying to return, the machine was not accepting the powerbank as returned. We contacted the support and they asked me to search for a plug point the dock was connected to and restart the entire machine. Once we did that, the machine accepted my powerbank as returned but it wasn’t stopping the timer. We contacted the support again and they said I will be charged for 1 hour only. Now my account is asking me 20 rupees more for another extra 3 minutes where my powerbank was returned but the timer didn’t stop and I have been trying to contact support but no response.

To understand your situation, you had scanned and taken the Power bank but the cable was not working. Please let me know where you have taken this and if possible, please share your contact number. Most of the power banks are used since long time and we are working on it by replacing the older once with the new once.



Since you didn't not use our service, we don't want to charge you anything and we would like to inform you that we will waive off Rs.20 and you can use our services anytime.

I was doubting myself to use plugo app by reading the reviews, but trust me it’s nothing like that the app is fantastic and u can rent the power bank in seconds. The one more thing which gives an edge to the new market is that we can drop in any location ie in the city or outside the city as well .
They also have excellent customer support, I actually raised a ticket and got a call in 30 minutes ..
